AI agents - Advanced

Access to the AI agents - Advanced add-on is controlled by user roles. To access the add-on and any AI agents you’ve been granted access to, a client admin must create an account for you.

Logging in to the AI agents - Advanced add-on for the first time

After a client admin has created an account for you, you’ll receive an email with the subject “Get started with AI agents (Ultimate).”

Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.

To get started with the AI agents - Advanced add-on

1. In the email, click Get started.

   The link is active for only 24 hours and is unique to the recipient. If you don't activate your account within 24 hours, contact your client admin to have a new invite sent.

2. Create your password.

   It must have at least 10 characters, including 1 uppercase character, 1 number, and 1 special character.

3. Bookmark the AI agents - Advanced product link, which is included in the email.

Switching between AI agents

After you log in, you can use the drop-down in the top-right corner to access the AI agents in your organization that you have access to.
