If you've created an AI agent for messaging, you can add or update an avatar image to align with your brand and AI agent persona.

Adding or updating an AI agent avatar

You set your AI agent avatar in the AI agent’s settings.

To add or update an AI agent avatar

1. In Admin Center, click AI in the sidebar, then select AI agents > AI agents.
2. Click Manage AI agents for messaging.
3. Click the name of the AI agent you want to update.
4. Click the Settings tab.
5. In the Identity section, under Avatar, drag-and-drop or click to upload an image.

   The image can be a JPG, PNG, or GIF file and it must be smaller than 100KB. An image size of 50x50 pixels gives the best results. Simple, clear images that represent your organization (such as a logo or mascot) are recommended.

   

   You can preview the avatar on the right and make changes if needed. Your image is automatically saved.

Setting an AI agent avatar in proactive messaging

Custom AI agent avatars also appear in the proactive messaging admin experience when an AI agent is set as the responder. You must save the proactive message setting for the custom AI agent avatar to become visible in the end-user experience.
