Preparing to launch an expression-based AI agent for messaging

You can use the Overview page in the main menu to get an overview of how close your AI agent is to launch readiness and to check the next steps in the AI agent's onboarding. See Navigating the AI agents - Advanced add-on to learn more about the main menu.

This article describes the sections of the Overview page:

The following is an example of an Overview page:

Status and settings

The upper-right corner of the Overview page displays status and settings information about your AI agent.

Name	Description
AI agent Status	This is set by your CSM at the moment. In the future, this will switch based on whether the automation trigger is live. Understanding the different statuses: New - This is the default state before any actions have taken place in AI agents - Advanced. Building - This is when you have started to create Intents. Live - This is based on whether or not the automation toggle is turned on and is set by your CSM.
Channel	Which type of AI agent is this, based on what was determined in the set-up and within the Settings
CRM	Which CRM is connected as determined in the CRM Integrations area
Language(s)	Which languages have been added, which is set within the AI agent settings > Languages area

When your AI agent is marked as live the overview page will show different information than what you see pre-launch

Progress bars and info panel

The top of the page displays progress bars for the key stages of the onboarding process. Each progress bar turns purple as you complete items related to that stage.

For more details on your progress, you can hover over a stage name for a more granular view of the next steps to complete the stage. The following example shows the information that's displayed when you hover over the Discover Intents stage.

At every stage, you will have further information, guidance, and related knowledge base articles to help you understand what exactly is required to complete the stage.

Progress charts: Intents & Expressions and Reply Coverage

The Overview page for messaging AI agents includes the following progress charts: Intents & Expressions and Reply Coverage. The charts give you a visual representation of how the stage tasks are progressing. 

Note: Unlike messaging AI agents, the Overview page for email AI agents also includes a specific step and chart for actions. Actions are typically added as part of the setup and testing before the replies are added.

Color is used to show progress. Red means nothing has been done, yellow means it's in progress, and green means it's completed.

The light bulb icon in blue can be popped out for further details on the way these charts are calculated. 

For in-progress intents, only intents that have been created through AI Training or Content Coverage Analysis will be shown, not those added from the Content Marketplace.
